I was sort of afraid to install and pay for this online. There is so much identity theft out there.. I was just a victim of fraud on my bank account. But this seem pretty secure and was easy to get going.

I like being able to fill in forms from online. $72 is too much for this as I only pay $30 for several other internet programs. There should be a refund.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.

I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.

I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

Using pdfFiller is seamless!
Using pdfFiller has been a seamless process! Love that there is a 30-day free trial. Dashboard is easy to navigate. Also love multiple send options (including fax). Great tool to use at work and for personal tasks!

I enjoy the ease with uploading and editing files. As well as, the ability to change file types or combine documents.
What do you dislike?
The formatting can be time consuming and is hard to keep text consistent with original document.
